As my wife began her menopause a few years ago she inevitably gained weight and no matter what she tried to do to loss weight, nothing seemed to work. Well, the recipe below has been a created through trail and error and hope and sadness until we found something that did work.
However, our Doterra weight loss juicing recipe does not mean you can drink the juice and the weight will full off, because as we all know that the weight gain in menopause needs more help than that. The Doterra weight loss juice is just the starting point in the day allowing the body to kick start with a healthy metabolism boosting drink.
Sorry, but yes you still need to use the gym or walk the dogs a bit more or walk to the shops, I would suggest 10000 steps a day as a minimum.
Doterra weight loss juice ingredients
- Organic cucumber juice
- Organic celery juice
- 1-2 Tea spoons of organic spirulina powder
- Table spoon of organic kale powder
- Tea spoon of Linseed / Flax-seed oil
- 4 drops of Doterra lemon essential oil
- 4 drops of Doterra Slim and sassy essential oil
Doterra weight loss juice Instructions
- Juice the cucumber and celery (Enough for a large glass)
- Put all the ingredients into a blender including mixing Doterra Oils into the juice
- Blend for a few minutes
- Pour into a glass
- Drink in the morning on a empty tummy
