As my wife began her menopause a few years ago she inevitably gained weight and no matter what she tried to do to loss weight, nothing seemed to work. Well, the recipe below has been created through trial and error and hope and sadness until we found something that did work.

However, our doTERRA weight loss juicing recipe does not mean you can drink the juice and the weight will full off. As we all know, weight gain during the menopause needs more help than that. This weight loss juice is just the starting point in the day allowing the body to kick start with a healthy metabolism boosting drink.

Sorry, but yes you still need to use the gym or walk the dogs a bit more or walk to the shops.

I would suggest 10000 steps a day as a minimum.

Yes, a few things will assessed in the making of this juice and that is:

  • Basic kitchen utensils.
  • A juicer (They are very affordable at the moment)
  • A hand blender.

  • Organic cucumber juice.
  • Organic celery juice.
  • 1-2 Teaspoons of organic spirulina powder.
  • Tablespoon of organic kale powder.
  • Teaspoon of Linseed / Flax-seed oil.
  • 4 drops of doTERRA lemon essential oil.
  • 4 drops of doTERRA Slim and sassy essential oil.

  1. Juice the cucumber and celery. (Enough for a large glass)
  2. Put all the ingredients into a blender including mixing doTERRA Oils into the juice.
  3. Blend for a few minutes.
  4. Pour into a glass.
