How to use eucalyptus oil for colds
There is a few different ways to use eucalyptus oil for colds but they should not be used internally only aromatic or topical.
Drip two or three drops of eucalyptus oil on to your handkerchief and then place it under your nose to clear the nose and help with breathing. It will relieve that blocked up nose and help you to breathe more easily. This method can be used on the move.
Take two or four drops of eucalyptus oil mixed with organic coconut oil. Ask your partner to rub the oil into your feet before you go to bed. We have a sweat gland in our feet so it a good place to use eucalyptus oil for colds. However, rubbing the oils directly onto your cheat is also a good method before bedtime to help with restful sleep.
If you are really suffering from a bad cold and your cheat and nose is really block taking four to six drops of eucalyptus oil for colds in a bowl of boiling water may be the help you need. One the essential oils and water are in the bowl take a towel and place it over your head and then place your head carefully over the bowl. Inhale deeply four or five times and the take a break and repeat until you feel that you nose and head are clear.
